..located in a 7 star hotel. Posh place. The real estate company deals only with high net worth clients purchasing estates on a island off the coast of the main city. I have a black panelled flared skirt suit and a black pant suit. I would wear a peach color tank top inside with gold accessories. Should I go with the skirt suit (very feminine) or with the pant suit. Both are equally comfortable.

Id def. go with a pant suit……it shows your there strictly there for business and besides theres been to many movies with bad parts about girls going for job interviews in skirts haha.
Also bring a copy of your resume, shows your really intrested in the job and a nice firm handshake……shew ive been through to many interviews in the past week…..can you tell?

Is there anything special i need to know about selling my home without a realtor?

Not really. If you don’t even want to use a firm like FOR SALE BY OWNER, which makes it a bit easier, you should look into buying a home selling kit at your local office store or maybe online. It will contain all the forms to get you through the whole process. Make sure on any disclosures about your home that you are truthful. I can’t tell you how ugly it can get if you’re not and the buyer catches you on it. We rent,owner decides to sell,we have 4 months before lease is up,Can the Realtors show the house any day of the week?No matter if we want 4 of the days with out disturbance. ANY day, 3-4 times or more? While we are showering ,dressing for work??? Can people come in and take pictures even with my stuff in the house? I’m not giving permission to.

Most Realtor make every effort not to invade your privacy and waste your time. I know this may be inconvenient, but maybe the owner has no choice. They really shouldn’t take pictures, it’s rude. If the place were vacant that would be ok. You are typically notified by a phone call. They shouldn’t just show up and walk in. If they do, then you need to complain to the owner.

I don’t mean to discourage or frighten you.

At this time, THE ONLY way I can see any one or any group investing in "a big realty project similar to the housing complexes but with a twist" is if you, personally, already had about 90% of the funding for the project, yourself AND you pledged EVERY asset you owned or had any interest in – including your home, car and anything else you think might be of value TO YOU!

You must prepare a business plan AND "shop" for THE HARD money lenders.

The interest rate and payments would be extremely high – to say the least.

Do realestate lenders use a different credit report, then free credit report.com to determine credit score. I was told by a lender that his scores were lower than the credit report that I pulled off of Freecreditreport.com the day before the lender pulled his report.

No one throws away money on reports from free credit report.com
Reports are free for you – always have been.
They check reports from annual credit report. com for a tiny fee

Also, major lenders like FHA never check the scores.
They view the reports in detail and make their own decisions.
They also consider your length of employment, salary and age.
The score is there merely for you so you can know where you stand at.

Cancell that scam and freecreditreport.
And from now on get your reports for free.
If you ever need your score you can go to Equifax.com for about 8 bucks, or myfico.com for about 15 bucks.

Again, sweat what is in your reports and not your score.
Before buying your house, make sure you credit card balances are as low and you can make them.
