best lender for business realestate purchase?

I am ready to buy a building and stop renting. Who has the best deal for me? I have excellent credit.

The lender that let’s you go up to 90% LTV and doesn’t require your signature.

You’ll need to have a LLC or corp with thick business credit file.

If not, then the lender that cares more about the building’s financials that you’re going to buy and not YOU or your company!

PS Many pros recommend smaller local banks to start with!!!
