FSBO Part 1 Getting the property ready to sell
You can do it! Get the property/house ready to sell. Do any needed repairs, fix and replace things that are damaged and broken. Upgrade if needed..new faucets, light fixtures…. new carpet? Look at new properties/realestate open houses and compare. Try to repaint your home to be neutral, clean open for variety of buyers: singles, older couples, families with kids etc…. Spend the time to get the property in top shape to sell.

Nope. No deaf in my family. It is just a big great-room floor plan. ;o) I do like the open space but it is loud! all the sound carries all around. You can sing to yourself while you do dishes and fill the room with your tune ;o) SH

Heres another question…your home seems kinda open, did you guys build this one that way? I have heard that signers often want the openess so they can communicate, was that an option when building for you guys? I know you are hearing but your parents I think you mentioned were deaf…so was the openess of your home a consideration?
