The only good thing to come out of this crisis is that those real estate agents are suffering.
What a waste of effort building these places, they could’ve built an environmentally designed utopian paradise for everybody instead of these outrageously decadent palaces for nobody.

I purchased a flat in twin tower in Ajman from Al Furqan Real estate Mr . Mohammad Ashraf through their representative Mayfair International in Dubai – Dr. Idrees Rafiq – when they were in international exhibition in Bahrain .. As they are representing UAE since then they didnt issue spa nor started in the construction project and they refuse to give us our money I visited them and they were laughing at my request to get our investment back and said try UAE government to help you

He had it on the market for 12 months at half price and only one person looked at it!
Still not sold,,,,,one of the few times it rains there he stood under the chandeleer getting wet!
