How Realtor divert the mind of buyer when buyer wants to see a fsbo property?

I want to know that how realtor(real estate agent) react or quote some sentence or behave to buyer when a buyer ask to show them a fsbo (for sale by owner) property?

Your Realtor works for you, if you want to see a FSBO then they should make the appointment and show it to you.

    In virtually all cases, the realtor does not work for you – not unless you hire them and agree to pay them a commission to find you a property. The real estate person works for the person selling the property, usually. That’s who is going to pay them a commission. They have no contract with the FSBO property so they don’t want to get involved with it. They know you’re not going to pay them a commission for doing what you could have done yourself and they know that any deal in real estate must be in writing in order to be legally enforceable. By the way, all real estate sales persons are not realtors, that is a private organization they must join in order to use that name.

    If you’ve signed an exclusive buyer’s agency agreement, many times those include clauses that the buyer will pay the agent’s commission if an unrepresented seller refuses to do so. In this case, the agent will show you the property….

    But there’s a side note. It’s not at all unheard of for an unrepresented seller to outright refuse to so much as speak to your agent. Some of them are so nasty they assume any agent calling them just wants their listing. They won’t even give the agent the chance to inform them they have a buyer interested. Just keep in mind you can’t blame your agent if the seller refuses to communicate with them. And in that case, you should ask yourself if you love the house enough to deal with someone so unreasonable.

    If you don’t have an exclusive agreement, your agent will talk about your options. At that point, you’re usually offered a choice: Do you want my help,, even if the seller refuses to pay me and you have to pay my commission? Or do you want to be in this alone?

    My personal take is that someone who doesn’t want professionals will either try to squeeze every penny from you and/or has something big to hide so they think they can dupe you if you’re alone. Just keep that in mind.
