You can do it! Get the property/house ready to sell. Do any needed repairs, fix and replace things that are damaged and broken. Upgrade if needed..new faucets, light fixtures…. new carpet? Look at new properties/realestate open houses and compare. Try to repaint your home to be neutral, clean open for variety of buyers: singles, older couples, families with kids etc…. Spend the time to get the property in top shape to sell.
