Estate of Loyd Boyer
Mr. Boyer was a long time local builder who built homes in multiple subdivisions in the Greenville area, including Silverleaf and Foxcroft. This is his personal home.

This Pelham Rd home is part of the Foxcroft subdivision and located on approx 3 acres bordered by a creek on one side.
