Estate of Loyd Boyer
Mr. Boyer was a long time local builder who built homes in multiple subdivisions in the Greenville area, including Silverleaf and Foxcroft. This is his personal home.

This Pelham Rd home is part of the Foxcroft subdivision and located on approx 3 acres bordered by a creek on one side. It contains approx 5600 sq ft of space including 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half baths, great room, den, formal dining room, kitchen with breakfast area, and a full unfinished basement.

Main Level
The front door opens to an entry foyer with slate flooring and a coat closet. To the right is a large great room with a rock hearth fireplace and vaulted ceilings with skylights.
